This film is shot in one master topshot. Therefore, a room of three walls had to be designed and built in a studio (which actually was a gymnasium). The theme was gender roles and how children are put into a vision of how their gender should dress, play and act. The room had two looks; one that was divided by the siblings’ gender and another without any division, to show how the mother understood that her children didn’t need to be treated differently because of their different genders.
